Help Guidelines

If you need help with something there's some pretty important things you need to include to receive help. Have you checked the Tutorials Forum? There's a few guides there that may help you out. Also be sure to check topics in this Help forum before posting as the answer may be here already.

If you are having trouble connecting before posting on the forums please check the following:

- Has your account expired?
- Have you cleared your browser cache?
- Can you ping the server?

When Posting Plese Include The Following Details

- Identify yourself & your slice. What's your subdomain?
- Describe the problem. Include as much information as possible including error messages and screenshots.
- List any troubleshooting you have performed. Have you restarted the application, logged out, checked forums for similar issues, added a new app shortly before the problems began?

The more we know, the easier it will be to help and resolve the issues.
